OffScript was launched in 2024 by Lauren Braley, PT, DPT to help clinicians rewrite their careers beyond traditional patient care.

After earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and completing a neurological residency, Lauren realized her career didn’t have to follow the expected path.

Over the past several years, she has successfully pivoted into four different non-clinical roles:

• Clinical Liaison • Utilization Reviewer (first fully remote role) • Implementation Lead in health tech • Customer Success Manager Each transition increased her flexibility, earning potential, and strategic impact — and proved that clinicians bring far more value to the table than they’re often taught to believe.

OffScript was built for two types of clinicians:

2️⃣ Those already in non-clinical roles who want to level up into higher-paying, more strategic positions.
